How Donations Work

Are donations tax-deductible?Every charity on Jubily is a verified 501(c)(3), so your gift is a qualifying charitable contribution. Whether you can deduct it depends on your own situation, and the rules changed for 2026.
If you take the standard deduction, you can now deduct up to $1,000 in cash donations ($2,000 filing jointly). If you itemize, only the amount above 0.5% of your AGI counts.
The charity issues your tax acknowledgment, the same as if you’d given on their own site. For any single gift of $250 or more, that letter is the document the IRS asks for, so keep it.
We email you a record of the gift the moment it clears, with the charity’s name and EIN, the amount, and the date. It’s useful for your files and for gifts under $250, but it doesn’t replace the charity’s letter.
